stellaris more building slots mod

It has built in compatibility for ethics from Stellaris Evolved and Bug Branch (although you might need an UI mod like UI Overhaul to see all of them in the list).

This will work with any mod that increases or lowers the max building slots in a state such as my 50 construction slot mods.
